Director of Customer Quality (m/f/d)
In this key role, you and your team will have overall responsibility for ensuring global quality performance towards the customers. You will optimize and ensure quality processes across the entire value chain – from development to production and final delivery. Additionally, you will analyze internal production and test data, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, maintain quality documentation, and oversee both internal and external audits. As the primary point of contact for international customers and suppliers – particularly in the semiconductor industry (SEMI) – you will analyze reported non-conformities from the field, implement targeted, data driven corrective and preventive actions, and ensure adherence to industry-specific quality standards.

Several years of leadership experience in international quality management
preferably in the semiconductor, sensor, or coating industry. A quality management certification, such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager or Six Sigma Black Belt, is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, allow you to convey complex technical matters clearly and connect with various stakeholders effectively. You are also willing to travel to provide optimal support to customers worldwide.
